How It Works for Customers

Users have the ability to view grayscale images of the exterior, address side of letter-size mailpieces arriving soon. 邮件piece images are available via email notification, online dashboard, or mobile app.

The process is simple:

  1. Customer signs up for Informed Delivery notifications.
  2. 邮件 和 packages are imaged 和 scanned during processing.
  3. 邮件 和 packages are matched to delivery points 和 interactive mail or package campaigns are applied.
  4. Customer receives mailpiece images or package tracking information 和 ride-along image.
  5. Customer receives physical mailpieces or packages.
