The Informed Delivery® feature gives eligible residential, business, 和 邮政信箱™ customers digital previews of their mail 和 packages.
Informed Delivery offers business mailers 和 shippers the opportunity to engage users through an integrated mail or package digital marketing campaign that generates additional consumer impressions, interactions, 和 insights.

How It Works for Customers
Users have the ability to view grayscale images of the exterior, address side of letter-size mailpieces arriving soon. 邮件piece images are available via email notification, online dashboard, or mobile app.
The process is simple:
- Customer signs up for Informed Delivery notifications.
- 邮件 和 packages are imaged 和 scanned during processing.
- 邮件 和 packages are matched to delivery points 和 interactive mail or package campaigns are applied.
- Customer receives mailpiece images or package tracking information 和 ride-along image.
- Customer receives physical mailpieces or packages.

Sign Up for Informed Delivery Notifications
In addition to using the Informed Delivery feature to market your business services, you can also sign up to receive notifications about mail that's coming to you. Each day, preview your business’ incoming 美国邮政总局® mail 和 packages with Informed Delivery notifications:
- Get Daily Digest emails that preview your mail 和 packages scheduled to arrive soon.
- See images of your incoming letter-sized mail (grayscale, address side only).3
- Track 和 manage your packages in one convenient place.
